Order follow up

If our clients is in agreement with the offer and the sample, the client’s order usually follows. CSP will continue to communicate directly with the client and the production facilities in the country of origin. All related administrative actions are handled by the CSP offices in the Netherlands and in China, which includes:

• Order intake client
• Order confirmation manufacturer
• Check of delivery times
• Check of official documents (shipping documents, etc. )

Insight into the current state of affairs

CSP ensures that, apart from the checks, there is also a possibility to gain an insight at important moments into the state of affairs concerning whether the agreed delivery times will be met and under what circumstances the products will be produced. CSP ensures the quality and delivery time on behalf of the client. If desired, CSP can also provide additional support with the physical flow of goods on site, such as:

• Booking a container
• Maintaining contact with the forwarder
• Possible consolidation of multiple shipments
